An exciting opportunity has arisen to expand our beverage team. If you are passionate about customer service and are looking for a role in the leisure & hospitality industry or looking to move to a new exciting company this role is for you.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and a thirst for career progression. The role will consist of bar work and assisting the House & Hospitality Manager in the running and development of the business.
Responsibilities & duties
Responsibility 1 – To pro-actively manage the day to day bar and function room operations.
Responsibility 2 – You will be trained in food and beverages and will have responsibility in cellar management, event management, cash handling, cash up and shift management.
Responsibility 3 – With split roles between two additional bar supervisors, you will be required to lock up the premises during evening shifts, accept our weekly delivery and undertake a line clean on a rotational basis.
Work experience & skills
Two-year minimum experience working in a food and beverage environment or customer service role
Written and verbal communication skills

Maths and English GCSE
