I’m Brin Davies, recently appointed Men’s Captain of Cardiff Golf Club, pictured here with our new Ladies’ Captain, Kay Andrews. Welcome to our Club Website. We are both extremely proud to have taken up our positions and have been discussing our plans and aspirations for the coming year. Of course, a major part of our roles will involve running the respective Men’s and Ladies’ Sections to the best of our abilities, but in chatting over this and that, we have fully agreed on another key issue.
We both have played quite a lot of golf not only in South Wales but throughout the region and further afield, and we sincerely believe ( as you would expect ! ) that our course is one of the best around. Yet, for whatever reason, the course can be extremely quiet even on the brightest summer days. If you browse our website, you will see the standard of golfing experience that we as members, regularly enjoy. Kay and I have decided therefore, that we should do our utmost to encourage more visitors to take advantage of the great golf that we can offer. We intend to use this recently updated website to showcase special golfing offers at different times of the year and to highlight the way that we can look after visitors’ groups, of any number.
Thanks to the new website, we have already had an influx of guests who have played our course for the first time this year and their feedback and reaction has been fantastic. Take a look around the site, then pick up the phone to contact our office, honestly, you won’t regret it !
