Our new Head Chef, Simon Morgan, has recently taken up his post at the club. Simon previously worked at the club up to 1993 and built up a great reputation for his excellent cuisine. He has subsequently greatly widened his experience. He worked on a Cunard luxury yacht, Sea Goddess II, followed by nine years as Head of Banqueting for Cardiff Catering. Prior to rejoining the club he was Executive Chef at the Cardiff Masonic Hall.

If you require a snack or bar meal before or after your round, we have a wide range of dishes to meet your requirements. Normally available between 10.30 a.m and 9.00 p.m, dishes can be provided outside these hours by prior arrangement by phoning Simon or Angela on: 02920 689375.
We offer a full range of menu options for visiting societies. Please find below a list of the range of dishes that you can choose from before your visit to us. You can decide whether you want one, two or three courses , or a simple snack - the choice is yours. We also cater for vegetarian or special dietary requirements.
